A Distinguished Legal Career

Daniel A. Pava was born, raised, and educated in Springfield, Massachusetts. After graduating from Classical High School, he attended American International College and earned his B.A. with High Honors, then went on to the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, receiving his J.D. in 1980. He was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1981 and has practiced from downtown Springfield ever since.

For more than four decades, Daniel has devoted his practice exclusively to representing injured people throughout Western Massachusetts, including Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, West Springfield, Longmeadow, and Agawam. He has recovered tens of millions of dollars for clients hurt in car accidents, truck accidents, slip-and-falls, dog bites, and other premises liability cases. Fluent in English and Spanish, Daniel and his team serve the region's diverse community directly, without passing clients off to junior staff.
